For an inaugural post, what is more appropriate than a celebratory meal?
Who'd believe this is a meal for four skinny women?
My lovely (and generous) new friend Clara brought this beautiful salmon salad for our first lunch in to celebrate year of the Tiger. Thanks, Clara! The salad had generous amount of raw salmon, with lots of shredded carrot and cucumber topped with toasted sesame seeds and chopped roasted peanuts. Yummy!
